Financing Sustainable Energy in Economies in Transition
The EnR Financing Sustainable Energy in Economies in Transition Working Group aims to strengthen cooperation and information sharing amongst its members (both EU and non-EU Central & Eastern European agencies and organisations). It does this via the following objectives:

By supporting the exchange of knowledge and experience in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources

Through the exchange of information on national and international policies, programmes, joint projects and experiences

Through the development of joint projects amongst participating organisations

Through cooperation and exchange of information with the other EnR Working Groups
Current participants in the EnR Financing Sustainable Energy in Economies in Transition Working Group include ADEME, AEA, ARCE, CEA, CRES, Dena, EEA, SenterNovem, Latvian Development Agency, SEA, STEM, RES (Estonia), AURE, EIHP, ISPE (Romania), Lithuanian Energy Agency, KAPE and the Lithuanian Energy Institute.
The Financing Sustainable Energy in Economies in Transition Working Group has secured funding to complete and continue a number of projects, including PromoScene, PROCHP, BEEP and ENEFMUN.
